MASKS OPTIONAL AS OF 11/1/22:

As more localities update their COVID policies, we feel it prudent to update ours. Beginning on November 1st, we will not require masks to enter the salon. If you’ve had exposure to or tested positive for COVID, please let us know. While our employees will not automatically be wearing masks, we will gladly do so at your request. As always, the health and safety of our clients and team is of the utmost importance.

Our policies are structured to provide for an exemplary salon experience and to accommodate the needs of all clients. We understand that different clients have different needs, and will work with each individual client to structure a satisfactory salon environment. Our guarantee is to provide a high level of service in a comfortable and welcoming environment, and we are committed to ensuring your ultimate satisfaction.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your time is valuable, and your appointment is very important to us at Look Boutique Salon. When you book an appointment, we use a secure encrypted system to safely store your credit card information to hold your appointment time. We will only apply payment when you visit the salon, unless otherwise noted. We will call, text, or email you at least 24 hours before your appointment to confirm. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. We understand that issues arise and will work with you on a case-by-case basis to reschedule your appointment if need be. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide us with 48 hour’s notice.

  • Less than 48 hour’s notice may result in a charge equal to 50% or the services anticipated from your appointment.
  • A “no show” for a scheduled appointment may result in a charge equal to 100% of the anticipated services.

 

LATE POLICY

We’re all busy and understand that you may be a few minutes late for your scheduled appointment. We allow everyone a 10 minute “grace period” to provide for those unexpected surprises. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your anticipated services during your appointment, and may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% or your scheduled services.

 

CELL PHONES

We are all (it seems) connected all the time. We ask, however, that you set your phone to “silent” and refrain from making calls during your salon experience.

 

CHILDREN

The professionals in our salon use a variety of chemicals and tools. Some of the chemicals should be handled only be a professional, and some of our tools are sharp or hot. We ask that children be accompanied by a parent, and only visit Look Boutique Salon when receiving services.
